Theory:Okay this might sound stupid but what if because when Rumple kissed Belle the first time it didn't work and she freaked out so when Cora came to Rumple they made some kind of deal so that Cora gives Rumple some spell by kissing him so that when he kisses Belle it will make her remember
Tony, that is not stupid at all!!! I love it and in fact, that is exactly the idea that I had! But all magic comes with a price... that's the number 1 rule of the Dark One!!! just like it's the number 1 rule of the Doctor is that he lies... (sorry talking Whovian!)
